Community

Real connections.
Big no to forced socializing

Open Community Framework

In other coworking spaces, there are fixed community clubs and events which make the community building exercise feel like forced networking. People have different interests in the type of activities they like to participate. In fact, there are also people who are not much interested in coworking, but could be widely interested in community participation and socializing.

In a country like India, we follow republic and democratic approach where we just provide a platform for our members to create their own community clubs based on their respective interests and they carry forward from there onwards. Each community has own members, own representative, own meeting, and even their own set of rules. We even allow non-members to have common community pass and be a part of as many communities as they like.

Community and Culture Clubs

What begins as a group of people looking for a place to work becomes a community. We can place a group of strangers in a room, stand back and see what happens, or we can plan social gatherings and create opportunities that encourage them to connect. We can let new ideas sit idle, or we can develop workshops that will help tenants nurture their ideas. It is an offering, not a requirement, allowing tenants to dip in and out of the community in a way that feels comfortable and natural to them.

We believe that co-creation is the way to go. We work with our co-tenants to create the culture, programs and activities they want to see in the space. Our culture club meets once a month to ensure we are living and breathing our values, welcoming new co-tenants and planning the activities and events that keep this space alive.
